Biografia de Rick Rubin.

Frederick Jay (Rick) Rubin (Lido Beach, Nova Iorque, 10 de Março de 1953) é um renomado produtor musical estadunidense. Dentre seus principais trabalhos estão os álbuns "Reign in Blood" e "Seasons in the Abyss", ambos da banda thrash metal californiana Slayer. Além destes, Rubin produziu outros álbuns do grupo, incluindo o mais recente, Christ Illusion, de 2006 e World Painted Blood de 2009. Também produziu trabalhos de Melanie C, que ficou famosa por fazer parte do quinteto feminino Spice Girls, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Beastie Boys, Slipknot, System of a Down, Dixie Chicks e The Mars Volta. Atualmente está envolvido em projetos com as bandas Linkin Park, Metallica, ZZ Top e Red Hot Chili Peppers.
